This modern and cozy apartment is freshly renovated and designed for comfort, making it ideal for both relaxing vacations and business stays. Nestled in a house on a rarely quiet street in the heart of the city, it offers the best of both worlds – peace and convenience. Please note: the minimum stay is 2 nights – because one night just isn’t enough to enjoy all it has to offer!

The apartment consists of 2 comfortable rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower. While we love pets, we regret that we can’t accommodate them here – their fur tends to stick around a little too long! 🙂

Every detail is designed for your comfort: the rooms feature box-spring beds (140×200 cm) with ergonomic, firm mattresses for a perfect night’s sleep, a flat-screen TV with WIFI, a work desk, a wardrobe, and air conditioning. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster, plus complimentary tea and coffee. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, and a washing machine (for stays of 4+ nights).

Trams no 3, 5 and 13 – the tram station is just steps away, located on the main street
Trams no 4, 14 and 17 – the tram station is just a 2-minute walk away
By tram, you can reach almost all parts of the city.
You can buy a tram ticket from the tram driver or at Tisak shop. The price of a 30-minute ride ticket is 0.53 cents.

Practical info: Please note that most stores in Croatia are generally closed on Sundays. For more detailed working hours, visit their websites.

• The nearest larger store is Spar, at the intersection of Savska and Vukovarska streets along with a bank, a bakery, and a restaurant
• A TISAK newsstand is located just across the street, perfect for grabbing newspapers, snacks, or small essentials
• Craving Italian food? Luca’s Pizza & Pasta restaurant, located right in the building in front of us, offers delicious dishes and a cozy atmosphere perfect for enjoying a coffee. For traditional Croatian cuisine, head to Restaurant Pri Zvoncu, located a short distance away

In Zagreb, it’s common to order food delivery or other essentials. To make your stay as simple as possible or if you don’t feel like cooking, we recommend using apps like Glovo or Wolt, where you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and pharmacies that deliver straight to your apartment.

How to Reach Us?

By Car:
Our address is Dobranska street 16. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the house, and free parking is conveniently located right in front. If you don’t have GPS, feel free to contact us for specific directions, depending on where you’re coming from.

By Bus:
From the Main Bus Station take tram no 5, direction Prečko, stop Sveučilišna al. It will take you 10-15 min. Or simply take Uber.

By Train:
The Main Railway Station is a 15-minute walk away. Or you can take tram no 4, direction Savski most (stop Zagrepčanka), and we’re just a short walk from there.

By Plain:
Zagreb Airport is located outside the city, about a 20-minute drive away. Taxis are available (we recommend Uber for a more affordable option), or you can take the shuttle bus that waits behind every flight and takes you directly to the Zagreb Main Station. The shuttle bus costs 8 euros per person, one way.

    Hi, dear host.
    We were informed that the bathroom in our reservation is not PRIVATE. Is that right? I remember booking the room with a private bathroom, if I’m not mistaken. Would you please confirm it and let us now the best way to get to the acommodation? We are arriving form the airport.
